Principal Product Designer

📋 Description

• Define long-term UX vision and design strategy for a major product pillar
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle for ambiguous and technically challenging product areas
• Influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Executive Leadership
• Contribute to Design System leadership and development
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into design hypotheses
• If on management track: hire, mentor, and coach senior designers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design
• Experience defining and driving design strategy for a product vertical or platform
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing systemic thinking and data-informed strategy
• Deep understanding of software architecture and front-end frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills for C-level executives
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous fast-paced environments
