📋 Description

• Own the design system as a product, including design tokens, component libraries, documentation
• Lead the migration of the component architecture to a modern stack, partnering with engineering to
• Establish durable governance covering versioning, contributions, releases, design-to-engineering
• Develop an AI-forward design practice by creating patterns, guidelines, tooling, and workflows for
• Design and ship AI-powered product experiences while ensuring patterns are reusable and scalable
• Work directly in design and code, including production-stack prototyping, component implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional product design experience, including several years owning and scaling
• Strong engineering fluency, including comfort working with TypeScript/React codebases, Storybook
• Proven experience leading a production design-system migration or re-platforming initiative
• Demonstrated experience designing AI-driven or agentic product experiences and a practical
• Professional experience using AI-assisted tools, such as Claude Code, with the judgment to review
• Proven ability to lead through influence in flat, complex, or ambiguous environments, establishing
