🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI/UX, Design, or related field.
• Expert proficiency across UX research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Deep knowledge of the product ecosystem, Telematics, and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor others without direct authority.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, scalable design strategies.
