📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design vision for Partner Hub and analytics surfaces
• Shape how HR executives interpret complex data to drive actions
• Lead 0→1 design on ambiguous, high-stakes problems
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and People Science early
• Design scalable UX patterns across partners with different structures
• Build and maintain foundational design patterns for enterprise B2B surfaces

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience in consumer or B2B SaaS
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and systems thinking
• Deep expertise designing enterprise B2B surfaces: admin workflows, data-dense dashboards, and multi-role permissions
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-year design initiatives with measurable impact
• Ability to influence product and engineering direction at VP/executive level
• AI fluency and familiarity with AI-native product patterns
