Principal Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Own product yield and quality from first silicon to HVM.
• Define the product engineering landscape and hardware portfolio direction.
• Collaborate with design, foundry, packaging, test, and reliability teams.
• Focus on yield and quality, DFx, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Define manufacturing and test strategies, including DFT and test specs.
• Hands-on leadership: debug test, yield, power and performance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in CS, EE, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a product engineer in semiconductors; 12+ years total.
• Experience developing DFT strategy.
• Experience developing test plans.
• Familiarity with advanced packaging flows.
• Familiarity with ATE test equipment and methodologies.
