Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a major Findem product, set long-term strategy and investment case.
• Own the market thesis: buyers, personas, and key needs.
• Apply first-principles thinking using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize, unblock issues, hit milestones.
• Cross-functional alignment with marketing, GMs, and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM experience, ideally in startups.
• Experience building products using AI/Agentic and Conversational AI.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10.
• Experience with B2B PLG SaaS, esp. multi-step workflows.
• Ability to drive short-term execution while building toward a long-term vision.
• Prior experience assisting or automating manual workflows.
• Prior experience in recruiting or HR software.
• Prior experience using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies.
