📋 Description

• Own product vision and roadmap for major Calico platform initiatives (MVP to GA).
• Define competitive positioning in Kubernetes networking and security.
• Lead go-to-market strategy across sales-led and partner-led motions.
• Conduct enterprise customer discovery and validation.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering and marketing.
• Build messaging and canonical positioning artifacts across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with senior/principal ownership of technical infrastructure.
• Deep Kubernetes and cloud-native networking/security expertise (CNI, policy, eBPF).
• Strong competitive and positioning instincts; can build canonical positioning artifacts.
• Enterprise GTM experience; enabling sales, engaging senior buyers, and co-selling with partners.
• Discovery-driven and evidence-based; pressure-test assumptions with customer interviews.
• Crisp communicator and operator; move quickly from insight to decision-ready artifacts.
