Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and drive the roadmap for key infrastructure and platform capabilities
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and field teams to deliver platform enhancements
• Define resiliency investments including health checks and recovery mechanisms
• Translate customer, field, and partner feedback into product requirements
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders on strategy and execution tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions
• 5+ years PM experience in cloud infrastructure, platform, networking, security, or enterprise software
• Proven track record of decomposing complex technical and business problems into actionable roadmaps
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, platform services, and operational reliability
• Proven track record of defining and executing roadmaps for technical platform capabilities
