🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CS or related field preferred.
• 12+ years building and launching highly technical products.
• Bias for action and ownership with autonomy and strategic influence.
• Deep domain expertise in observability, cloud-native tech, or distributed systems.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
