Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Drive B2 product strategy and roadmap through delivery execution.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery.
• Gather and synthesize discovery inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate customer problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM to launch new products.
• Establish and track KPIs, using data to guide iteration and growth decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience in tech, preferably IaaS/SaaS.
• Proven track record launching and scaling technical products with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, and security/compliance.
• Experience owning roadmaps, MVPs, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strategic thinker translating market trends into a clear product vision.
• Deep empathy for customers solving security challenges.
