📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, esp. in assessment or skills.
• Experience with AI-powered or LLM-integrated products and methods.
• Deep understanding of skill and competency measurement and claims.
• Ability to define rubrics, evaluation frameworks at scale.
• Strong external communication with enterprise security and regulators.
• Proven track record moving quickly in startup-like environments.
