🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product management in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes product decisions.
• Synthesize inputs from data, customers, constraints, and tech into clear direction.
• Build and evangelize a product vision that earns trust across teams.
• Raise the craft of PMs around you, not just deliver your own output.
• Fluent in data; define metrics that matter at the company level.
