Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end OnRamp customer portal experience for end customers.
• Own Aero AI's customer-facing portal agent layer and define intelligence.
• Identify gaps and build a roadmap to close them.
• Work cross-functionally with Eng, Design, CS, and Sales to ship.
• Focus on voice of the customer to guide roadmap and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience at B2B SaaS companies
• Track record of owning and shipping customer-facing product experiences
• Experience with customer success, onboarding, or implementation tools
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered features or products
• Strong UX instincts and a high bar for product quality
• Ability to operate across strategy, discovery, and execution
