Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define product strategy for agentic AI infrastructure (vision, roadmap, execution).
• Build foundational products: Open Harness Server, Sandbox, Action Gateway.
• Work with agent-native customers to translate needs into requirements.
• Create simple abstractions for long-running agents and sessions.
• Shape developer experience with APIs, CLIs, docs, and examples.
• Partner with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs for scale and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product leadership in infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Fluency in agentic AI systems and tool usage.
• Technical depth in cloud primitives (containers, MicroVMs, sandboxing, IAM).
• Customer-backed instincts to turn feedback into roadmaps.
• Systems thinking across UX, architecture, security, and reliability.
• Developer empathy and clear communication with developers.
