📋 Description

• Define and drive the vision for your product area, breaking it into a productive action plan that
• Emphasize problem discovery and prioritization- know what the most important thing to solve is
• Leverage internal and market signals to identify which longer-term bets or new product ideas are
• Lead outcome definition for your product and projects. Define KPIs and success metrics.
• Know your customer, be able to run your own qualitative and quantitative research.
• Build relationships inside and outside the product team to anticipate stakeholder needs, and align

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product management roles, ideally B2C or marketplace, where you have
• Track record of shipping successful products
• User-centered mindset; empathy for users and instinct for good UX.
• Strong business acumen and a habit of using data to support decisions
• Self-starter and leader. You anticipate second- and third-order effects and decision tradeoffs, and
• Nice to have: nonprofit, impact-focused, or philanthropy experience
