Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for autonomous sourcing using AI to transform sourcing
• Design AI-agent workflows for human buyers and intelligent agents collaboration across sourcing
• Translate sourcing/negotiation strategies into measurable guardrails (pricing, terms, SLAs).
• Partner with procurement leaders to turn requirements into scalable AI-driven product capabilities.
• Drive integration across procurement ecosystem with intake, supplier portal, contracting, and
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to define requirements, architectures, and benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS with delivery track record.
• Demonstrated experience designing AI/ML, LLM, or agentic automation capabilities in enterprise
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, e-auctions, RFX processes, supplier negotiations, and
• Strong understanding of AI agent workflows, deterministic guardrails, RAG, and API-driven
• Ability to apply algorithmic thinking and game theory to complex negotiation scenarios.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence across AI, engineering, design, and sales teams.
