Principal Product Manager, Ads

📋 Description

• Own the advertising product roadmap end to end — from ad format and placement strategy through
• Design and launch native, integrated ad experiences in partnership with Product Design.
• Own the serving and targeting stack: ad server implementation, trafficking and campaign delivery
• Build the measurement foundation: impression and viewability tracking, event instrumentation
• Own ad quality, density, and user experience standards.
• Partner with Ad Sales and Revenue Operations to turn product capability into sellable inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in product management, with meaningful time on the publisher/supply side of the ads
• Direct experience launching or scaling ad products in a consumer mobile app (iOS and Android)
• Deep, hands-on technical fluency with the publisher ad stack: Google Ad Manager or equivalent
• Command of the economics: fill rate, eCPM, RPM, sell-through, viewability, latency, and comfort
• Experience working alongside a direct ad sales organization and building packaging that closes the
• Demonstrated judgment about ads and user experience, with a track record of shipping monetization
