Principal Product Manager – Agentic AI Platform

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Agentic AI platform capabilities, from strategy to adoption.
• Define AI platform capabilities: agents, tools, APIs, and orchestration.
• Partner with engineering, data, security, and product teams to build scalable AI.
• Own the product strategy for how agents answer questions, take actions, and access data.
• Identify and prioritize high-value agentic use cases across CX, ops, and compliance.
• Drive a platform approach with reusable patterns and developer-friendly interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in product management, incl. platforms, AI products, or enterprise SaaS.
• Agentic AI thinking: apply AI/LLMs/agents/workflows to enterprise SaaS.
• AI quality and governance: golden datasets, test suites, reviews, monitoring.
• Technical depth: cloud platforms, SaaS, microservices, serverless, event-driven.
• Platform product mindset: reusable capabilities, standards, interfaces.
• Developer experience: onboarding, auth, docs, observability; Backstage a plus.
