Principal Product Manager - AI Creation & Growth (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Own the AI creation surface: AI assets and templates turning canvas into value.
• Define activation strategy to shorten time-to-value for new and expanding users.
• Improve AI output quality by defining standards with eng and design.
• Build PLG feedback loop to optimize creation flows and drive expansion.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and platform teams.
• Set the bar for quality and craft for AI-generated content.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product management; 2+ years on AI/ML products.
• Proven PLG instincts: activation, onboarding, self-serve growth.
• Deep curiosity about AI; able to discuss with engineers productively.
• Track record shipping AI/growth initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Data fluency: define metrics, run experiments, and decide with partial data.
• Excellent communication: written, verbal, and visual; sell a vision.
