Principal Product Manager, AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for centralized context management infrastructure.
• Define model management strategy: selection, deployment, evaluation, governance.
• Build paved roads for agentic products: guardrails and shared services.
• Partner with Engineering to design data-to-AI infrastructure across products.
• Define integration patterns between AI platform and core product surfaces.
• Establish evaluation and observability frameworks for AI quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with AI/ML platform or infrastructure experience.
• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Deep hands-on AI infrastructure experience: context management, prompt engineering, model evaluation.
• Deep understanding of AI models and deployment trade-offs (capability, cost, latency, reliability).
• Experience building centralized data/context platforms used by multiple product teams.
• Technically deep: APIs, data pipelines, model serving; collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists.
