Principal Product Manager - AI Observability

📋 Description

• Own the AI Observability roadmap and business outcomes.
• Drive multiple engineering and design teams toward a coherent product vision.
• Partner with enterprise customers to operationalize AI safely at scale.
• Build prototypes using agentic AI workflows to pressure-test ideas.
• Represent AI Observability in executive strategy and prioritization.
• Ship to GA and iterate on pricing, packaging, and features post-GA.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM with end-to-end ownership from vision to post-GA growth.
• Senior IC who drives outcomes across teams without formal management authority.
• Experience with enterprise customers on production AI/LLM systems (tracing, governance, cost, failures).
• Regular use of multiple AI agents in your work, run asynchronously with verification.
• Experience representing a product area in executive strategy and prioritization.
• Depth with agentic AI workflows across specs, prototypes, evaluation, and GTM.
