Principal Product Manager, AI-Powered Security Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the full product lifecycle for AI-powered security operations solutions.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate technical concepts into business value.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI specialists, UX, and stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
• Prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Design multi-source intelligence integration (video, access control, communications, operations).
• Champion user-centered experiences to simplify workflows for security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management; 3+ years in AI/ML, workflow automation, robotics, or related tech.
• Proven experience launching complex B2B software products.
• Deep knowledge of AI: LLMs, Vision-Language Models, Generative AI, Agentic AI.
• Experience with AI-driven automation and trade-offs between AI reasoning approaches.
• Deep knowledge of SOC/GSOC or high-tempo ops (logistics, IT ops).
• Understanding of alert fatigue, incident management, time-to-resolution.
