Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a major product initiative, defining its long-term strategy, product vision, success metrics
• Build and communicate the business case for additional product investment based on market
• Own the product thesis for the target market segment, including buyer profiles, customer personas
• Conduct and synthesize market, customer, and product research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Apply first-principles thinking, creative problem-solving, and quantitative and qualitative data to

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product management experience, ideally including experience in startup or
• Proven ability to lead significant products or product areas with ownership of strategy, roadmap
• Experience building products that automate or enhance complex manual workflows using Agentic AI
• Demonstrated experience taking products from 0-to-1 and scaling products from 1-to-10.
• Strong background in B2B product-led growth (PLG) products and B2B SaaS, particularly products
• Ability to combine short-term execution with the development, testing, and refinement of a
