Principal Product Manager - Billing & Platform

📋 Description

• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for subscriptions, plans and pricing, invoicing, payment
• Own the migration from an in-house billing system to Stripe Billing, including phasing, success
• Make price changes, new plans and add-ons quick and easy to launch; keep what a customer pays for
• Partner with Engineering and Security on sign-in, SSO, account access and the identity platform
• Own the tools Finance, Support and Operations use to adjust bills, issue refunds and migrate
• Be the product lead for Finance, FP&A, RevOps, Support and Sales; set priorities, explain

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with at least 4 years owning billing, payments
• Knowledge of subscriptions, trials, upgrades/downgrades, proration, payment recovery, refunds
• Experience with Stripe or comparable platforms such as Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly or Adyen
• Technical credibility: able to read an API spec, follow data across systems, ask sharp questions
• Strategic and opinionated: bring a point of view, think in quarters and years, bring clarity to
• Rigorous and detail-oriented: have shipped a migration, cutover or pricing change with real
