Principal Product Manager, Contract Management

📋 Description

• Own the contract modeling and rate management, fee schedule and contract loading, underpayment and
• Own discovery and strategy for the most significant, often multi-threaded opportunities in contract
• Set strategic direction and investment priorities at the portfolio level, informed by competitive
• Build and defend business cases with credible cost, revenue, and ROI modeling to secure investment
• Guide the largest, most complex engineering teams and bets within Contract Management, or lead
• Use AI and prototyping to de-risk ambiguous, cross-team, or regulated contract-modeling bets

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including a track record of owning the largest or most
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payer contracting, or reimbursement methodology
• Experience independently guiding large or complex engineering teams, or leading discovery for an
• Experience building business cases and financial models, with a track record of securing investment
• Experience owning and repairing strategic, high-stakes customer relationships.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools spanning chat-based assistants, agentic tools, and
