Principal Product Manager, Contract Management

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for products hospitals and health systems use to load, model, and
• Ensure reimbursement is calculated accurately, underpayments are caught, and contract terms are
• Own discovery and strategy for the most significant, often multi-threaded opportunities in contract
• Set strategic direction and investment priorities at the portfolio level, informed by competitive
• Build and defend business cases with credible cost, revenue, and ROI modeling to secure investment.
• Guide the largest, most complex engineering teams and bets within Contract Management.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payer contracting, or reimbursement methodology.
• Experience independently guiding large or complex engineering teams.
• Experience building business cases and financial models.
• Experience owning and repairing strategic, high-stakes customer relationships.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
