Principal Product Manager- Conversational AI

📋 Description

• Own customer-facing conversational agent end-to-end for HTS Assist across chat and voice.
• Shape flows and interfaces in collaboration with partner design teams and in-house designer.
• Lead discovery, requirement shaping, and launch decisions with enterprise partners.
• Hands-on design in Figma; produce flows, wireframes, and assets with design team.
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools to test flows and interfaces.
• Define quality bars and evaluate performance metrics for conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with principal/lead ownership of a customer-facing product
• Design fluency; able to manipulate Figma files and lead design on a lean team.
• Ability to prototype with minimal engineering support using AI tools.
• Hands-on front-end experience; capable of engaging engineers credibly.
• Strong partner-facing experience with enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries.
• Data-driven approach with metrics on resolution, containment, CSAT, and escalation quality.
