Principal Product Manager, Core AI Platform

📋 Description

• Define the core AI infrastructure powering intelligent experiences.
• Build platform capabilities for trusted, scalable AI across Qualtrics.
• Own product strategy for AI foundations: ontologies, agents, context.
• Lead lifecycle from framing problems to roadmap and delivery.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and design to roadmaps.
• Define KPIs for platform adoption, AI quality, and developer velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience delivering technically complex platforms or AI products.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven track record shipping AI products with engineering teams.
• Hands-on with agentic AI, agent orchestration, and evaluation systems.
• Experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantic layers.
• Expertise in retrieval, context engineering, AI memory, and inference platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, privacy, and scale.
