Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a core product domain, such as Credit, Risk, Payments, Core Platform, or Partner Integrations
• Define and continuously evolve a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap aligned with business
• Identify, assess, and size opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and risk reduction
• Build and manage relationships with external partners, including credit bureaus, payment networks
• Lead the complete product lifecycle, from problem discovery and framing through solution design
• Develop high-quality product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional Product Management experience, including significant experience in
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-impact products operating within regulated or highly
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering, Data, Risk, and Analytics teams on technically
• Proven ability to operate independently, make high-stakes product decisions, and take
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach
