Principal Product Manager, Experimentation Platform

📋 Description

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the experimentation platform, balancing immediate
• Partner closely with Machine Learning, Analytics, Engineering, Product, and other technical teams
• Establish common abstractions, standards, and guardrails that reduce fragmentation, improve
• Build and guide a center of excellence for experimentation by defining best practices
• Work with stakeholder groups across Growth, Servicing, Capital, and other business areas to
• Shape the organization’s experimentation technology strategy by evaluating external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related
• Proven experience owning strategy and roadmaps for technically complex software, platform
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics teams
• Demonstrated ability to apply quantitative methods such as statistics, experimentation, analytics
• Experience developing platforms that support Machine Learning or AI workflows, particularly around
• Preferred experience building or leading an experimentation platform product within a consumer
