• 10+ years of product management experience, end-to-end ownership.
• Fintech depth: built/shipped credit, payments, or BNPL.
• Fluent in unit economics; model payback periods and cost of capital.
• Strategic clarity with hands-on execution: PRDs and sprints.
• Customer empathy for retailers/brands; design around needs.
• Cross-functional influence across Finance, Risk, Legal, Data Science, Eng.
