Principal Product Manager - Healthcare Technology (Remote)

📋 Description

• Define and own POC strategy and launch to Beta customers
• Lead GTM for New Product Introduction with cross-functional alignment
• Hands-on customer engagement with on-site travel for development, sales, and implementation
• Partner with Engineering to build scalable, value-creating products
• Own products end-to-end from discovery to scale and optimization
• Drive prioritization decisions balancing customer value, business impact, and risk

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in 0-1 new product development in Healthcare tech
• 3+ years in product management in Healthcare tech
• 5+ years in Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Expertise in healthcare tech incl RCM and familiarity with EMR systems
• Experience with HL7v2 v2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
