Principal Product Manager, Java Intelligence

📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, pricing, and market narrative for Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer
• Drive outcomes: sales, pipeline, pilot-to-production conversion, adoption, retention
• Set multi-year strategy and make build-vs-partner decisions
• Present to and align with executive team (CPO, CEO, CRO, CTO)
• Create sequenced, credible roadmaps and manage trade-offs across products
• Develop pricing and packaging models for products

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including several years owning a product or product line end-to-end
• Track record shipping enterprise SaaS in adjacent market (APM, security, observability
• Fluency with AI tools in an AI-first product management org
• Deep technical fluency (read architecture diagrams, follow engineering debates)
• Experience owning pricing and packaging for a technical product
• Understanding of DevOps, platform engineers, developers as influencers in enterprise sales
