• 7+ years in product management with proven end-to-end ownership.
• Mobile-first instincts; shipped consumer mobile apps.
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage challenges; operate with partial playbooks.
• Strong discovery: close to customers, synthesize signals, set direction.
• AI-native thinking; leverage intelligent systems in discovery and design.
• Builder mindset: prototype, test quickly, close loop with engineering.
