📋 Description

• Own the fee and pricing mechanisms across Upstart loan products.
• Partner with ML, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Eng to set pricing strategy.
• Design experiments to test monetization ideas and hit marketplace goals.
• Collaborate with Eng and business teams to automate marketplace operations.
• Define and hit goals for borrowers, lenders, investors, and Upstart.
• Influence pricing decisions with customer and competitive insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in marketplace product management; led engineering on pricing.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels, from C-level to individual contributors.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
