Principal Product Manager - Platform Security

📋 Description

• Define and evolve PagerDuty's platform identity and security architecture — trust boundaries
• Admin experience and admin console for enterprise and security administrators
• Build and maintain a security review process so product teams bring security into roadmap decisions
• Own the security platform roadmap
• Provide security and secure-design leadership to other product teams across the portfolio
• Partner with executive leadership to align security strategy with company-level trust and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS in roles spanning product management, security engineering, and/or platform
• Demonstrated experience owning security architecture and risk tiering decisions — not just
• Track record of running security programs and measuring risk reduction impact
• Strong cross-functional credibility with Engineering, Legal, Product, and Go-To-Market leadership
• Experience managing security change in the field — migrations, re-architecture, new authentication
• Ability to mentor other product managers and raise the security bar across a product organization
