📋 Description

• Partner with product teams on security early
• Translate feature-team needs into prioritized security work
• Set direction for platform-level security investments
• Define 1Password's approach to agentic access and AI-era security
• Balance risk and usability with evidence
• Represent 1Password to the security community

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience on security-critical products
• Deep knowledge of cryptography, authentication protocols, IAM, zero-knowledge systems, threat
• Track record of credibility with security engineering teams
• Experience making and defending risk-based tradeoffs
• History of shipping security features users adopt
• Communication that scales from research paper to executive briefing
