Principal Product Manager, Security & Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead strategy for regulated sectors, focusing on FedRAMP and Sovereign Cloud.
• Own the multi-year roadmap to FedRAMP Moderate/High for ClickHouse offerings.
• Define product architecture for restricted environments, including ESC and KSA.
• Translate federal security requirements into product specs for IAM, encryption, and audit logs.
• Champion FIPS compliance modules and government licensing models.
• Collaborate with AWS, Azure, and GCP on deployment packages for restricted jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience, 3+ years in cloud security or enterprise SaaS compliance.
• Deep FedRAMP (Moderate/High) expertise and certification process know-how.
• Deep cloud architecture experience (AWS, GCP, Azure); VPC, private endpoints, BYOK/KMS.
• Regulatory knowledge incl GDPR and data sovereignty impact on cloud regions.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex compliance concepts to engineers and executives.
• Cross-functional leadership across legal, security, ops, and sales.
