Principal Product Manager, Telemetry Collection - Observability

📋 Description

• Define product vision and roadmap for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, telemetry collectors.
• Define and track KPIs for agent deployment, pipeline efficiency, OTel adoption.
• Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of Elastic Agent and EDOT.
• Drive remote management for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, and collectors at scale.
• Lead Kubernetes operators and Helm releases for cloud-native deployments.
• Advance OpenTelemetry as primary data shipper across Elastic Agent and EDOT.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in Product Management focused on enterprise observability or telemetry.
• Deep familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Elastic Agent, Filebeat/Beats, and Logstash.
• Proven track record defining remote agent management and edge collection requirements.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts, cloud-native releases.
• Experience in IT Ops/DevOps/SRE or solution architecture roles.
• Expertise in OpenTelemetry standards and OpenTelemetry Collector architectures.
