Principal Product Manager, Telemetry Collection - Observability

📋 Description

• Define product vision and roadmap for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, and telemetry collectors.
• Define KPIs for deployment success, pipeline efficiency, and OTel adoption.
• Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of Elastic Agent and EDOT distributions.
• Drive remote management and control for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, and collectors at scale.
• Kubernetes operators and Helm releases for cloud-native deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management for enterprise observability/telemetry.
• Deep familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Elastic Agent, Filebeat/Beats, Logstash.
• Experience defining requirements for remote agent management and fleet control planes.
• Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts for cloud-native releases.
• IT Ops/DevOps/SRE or customer-facing architect/consultant background.
• Open-source collaboration balancing upstream and enterprise needs.
