Principal Product Manager, Telemetry Collection - Observability

📋 Description

• Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market for Elastic Agent and telemetry collectors.
• Define KPIs for agent deployment, pipeline efficiency, and OpenTelemetry adoption.
• Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of Elastic Agent and EDOT.
• Drive remote management for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, and collectors.
• Lead Kubernetes operators and Helm charts for cloud-native deployments.
• Advance OpenTelemetry as primary data shipper across EDOT.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in Product Management focusing on enterprise observability.
• Deep familiarity with collectors, log shippers, and agent ecosystems (OTel, Elastic Agent, Logstash).
• Proven track record defining requirements for remote agent management and edge collection.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes operators and Helm charts, and cloud-native release management.
• Experience in IT Ops/DevOps/SRE or customer-facing architect roles.
• Expertise in OpenTelemetry standards and OTEL Collector architectures.
