📋 Description

• Own identity verification platform from init to approval.
• Optimise multi-vendor IDV routing; pass rates and cost-per-verification.
• Enable self-serve configurability of IDV rules across the Exchange.
• Deliver composable IDV components: document collection, liveness, facematch, motion.
• Lead anti-fraud efforts with risk and IDV partners; ML scoring.
• Own Re-KYC journey for existing users; low-disruption and clear UX.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in Product Management.
• Proven high-growth tech experience; owned KYC/IDV or payments product.
• APIs, API integration; IDV routing and multi-vendor setups.
• Regulatory fluency: FATF/AML, GDPR; translate rules to product.
• Data-driven: SQL; funnel analysis with Mixpanel/Amplitude.
• AI-native workflows: AI tools with human-in-the-loop; required.
