🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years PM experience shipping voice AI products (recent).
• Fluency with voice stack: ASR, TTS, latency, noise handling.
• Telephony fluency: SIP and CCaaS (Amazon Connect, Genesys, Twilio).
• Experience defining voice-specific evaluations (latency, accuracy).
• Strong background in conversational AI and real-time interactions.
• Depth in LLM evaluation for conversational use cases.
