Principal Product Strategist, AI Engagement Leader

📋 Description

• Lead client discovery: interviews, workflows, AI use-cases.
• Frame opportunities, articulate value, and prioritize recommendations.
• Align decision-makers and convert recommendations into shipped software.
• Shape AI across strategy, design, and delivery to build repeatable practices.
• Develop roadmaps for AI-enabled product strategy and design.
• Coach PM/design teams with clearer standards and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product strategy/PM/consulting or related leadership (10+ preferred).
• 2+ years leading product/design across multidisciplinary engagements.
• Strong consulting acumen: discovery, workshops, recommendations, credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting pre-sales and account growth; proposals/SOWs; estimating; POV.
• Ownership across full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Hands-on experience designing/shipping AI-enabled products or AI workflows.
