📋 Description

• Draft and execute productization plans for release readiness
• Align stakeholders on goals, metrics, and ownership
• Lead Productization Managers to achieve project goals
• Establish rules for migration, entitlement, distribution, compliance
• Guide post-release licensing and use terms; enable improvements
• Analyze data to derive insights for teams and executives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product/program management or product enablement
• Experience leading or coaching teams to objectives
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence
• Excellent time management; balance competing demands
• Knowledge of software development and SaaS release processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Information Science, CS, Geography, GIS, or related field
