Principal Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Serve as technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers over extended engagements
• Act as Go-To expert for Zscaler deployment, adoption, and optimization
• Architect, configure, and integrate ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust Exchange solutions
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and migration planning workshops
• Collaborate with sales, partners, and customer teams to provide deployment services

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (professional services, network or security)
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
• Strong knowledge of authentication systems: SAML and SSO/IdP integrations
• Networking/security fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), TLS, proxies, firewalls
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS (bonus)
