• Lead strategic AI programs to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
• Partner with Eng, Product, Infra, Security, Data, and Business to deliver AI capabilities.
• Drive adoption of AI platforms, AI agents, MCPs, and tooling; measure ROI.
• Build multi-year AI transformation roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Lead cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional tech transformations.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives with scalable governance and exec reporting.
• Strong technical acumen to influence engineers, architects, and executives.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives; knowledge of AI platforms, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Demonstrated success driving roadmaps, organizational change, dependency management, and exec alignment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, BI platforms, and AI-enabled collaboration tools.
