📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise gov't deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Establish governance: charters, RACI, escalation logs.
• Define scope and change triggers; maintain written docs.
• Maintain delivery health; surface portfolio risks early.
• Partner with PS leadership on goals and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in progressive SaaS program management.
• Led multi-product programs across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with complex governmental/public sector clients.
• Drafts SOWs and change orders with sales support.
• Strong technical aptitude: SaaS, data migration, integrations.
• PMP preferred; Scrum Master/SAFe or similar certs.
