📋 Description

• Lead complex transformational customer programs and steer toward outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Collaborate with executives, process owners, and technical teams.
• Primary contact for product requests and escalation handling.
• Communicate status, risks, and actions; keep PSA system updated.
• Mentor the implementation team and improve Celonis services.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years client-facing Project Management in enterprise software
• PM disciplines: project plans, risks/issues/logs, and issue resolution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience managing onshore and offshore consulting teams
• Experience writing proposals and statements of work (SOW)
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, SAFe/Agile)
