• Collaborate in refinement; define acceptance criteria and scope.
• Perform exploratory testing on high-risk areas when automation is not enough.

🎯 Requirements

• Established or evolved a QA function with principled tooling.
• Work as a peer with engineers and product; influence practices.
• Deep expertise in test automation, CI/CD, and testing infrastructure.
• Systems thinking: risk models, failure modes, configuration matrices.
• Balance automation with exploratory testing; good judgment on when to use each.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; define structure in a remote, fast-paced context.
• Healthcare/regulatory experience; familiarity with FHIR/HL7/CCDA.
• Experience validating AI/ML-assisted workflows.
